Payment – Major credit cards and debit cards are accepted and processed through PayPal. Payment may also be made by using your PayPal account.
Cancellation – Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement of the order. Notification of cancellation must be in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We reserve the right to charge a $25.00 cancellation fee to cover administrative expenses.
Returns – All items are shipped directly from the factory and are in new condition. Returns are only accepted with prior written authorization and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number must be obtained prior to returning items. Returns without RMA number will not be accepted. Lightning cable (A-1 or C-1) cannot be returned as these are custom cut items. Return shipment costs are paid by the buyer and are not reimbursable.
